From Design to Construction
The 3D model provided the stair geometry, railing style, and integration details. Our fabrication team used this to create a precision-built steel stair system ready for the finished wood and cable-rail accents.

Steel Fabrication

• Dual steel stringers with laser-cut tread brackets

• Welded top and bottom connection plates

• Protective primer coating on all steel

• Built to match the exact rise, run, and pitch of the rendering

Installation Progress
The steel stair assembly has been set in place, anchored to the block wall, and tied into the upper deck framing. All alignment and structural points were verified on site.
